Terms of Service

1. The service

Toolforge creates an automated prototype from your CV. A purchase covers personal review, editing and delivery of a finished one-page website based on the prototype and your project brief. The preview is illustrative; final wording, structure or design may be adjusted to improve accuracy and usability.

2. What is included

• A personal one-page website package with sections appropriate to your background.
• Personal editing and improvement before delivery.
• An upload-ready package and reasonable publishing guidance.
• The specific features displayed at checkout or agreed in writing.

Domain registration, hosting and third-party subscriptions are not included unless expressly stated. You purchase them separately from their providers.

3. Your responsibilities

You must provide accurate information and have permission to use every CV, photograph, logo, link and other item submitted. You are responsible for checking the final website for factual accuracy before publishing it.

4. Payment and delivery

Prices are shown before checkout and charged once unless stated otherwise. Work begins after payment and receipt of essential project information. Delivery timing may depend on how quickly you provide complete information and respond to questions.

5. Ownership

After full payment, you may use, modify and publish the delivered website for personal or professional purposes. You retain ownership of supplied materials. Toolforge retains its underlying templates, systems, reusable components and know-how, and may reuse those elements without reusing your personal content.

6. No outcome guarantee

The website is a presentation service. Toolforge does not guarantee interviews, employment, clients, search rankings, traffic or any other commercial outcome.

7. Availability and liability

Third-party services such as hosting, domains, payments and external links remain outside our control. Nothing excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Toolforge is not liable for indirect loss or loss caused by inaccurate customer content or third-party services.

8. Consumer rights and law

Our voluntary promise is described in the Refund Policy. Mandatory withdrawal, conformity and other consumer rights remain unaffected. These terms are governed by Swedish law without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country of residence.
