If you are not satisfied with the finished website, Toolforge offers a 14-day money-back guarantee.
1. The 14-day guarantee
You may request a refund within 14 calendar days after the finished website is delivered. Tell us why it did not meet your expectations and provide enough information to identify the order. You do not have to accept further revisions before requesting the refund.
2. How to request a refund
Email tomgranit@ogmedia.agency from the address used at checkout. Include your name and order or submission reference. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; bank processing times vary.
3. What it covers
The guarantee covers the amount paid directly to Toolforge for the website service. It does not cover domains, hosting or other products purchased separately from third parties.
4. Statutory withdrawal rights
The guarantee is additional to mandatory consumer rights. Consumers purchasing services online in the EU generally have a 14-day withdrawal period from the date of contract, subject to legal rules and exceptions. If you expressly request personalised work to begin during that period, rules concerning work already performed may apply. If the service is fully performed after the legally required express consent and acknowledgement, the statutory withdrawal right may end.
5. Problems after the guarantee
If delivered files are defective, materially different from what was agreed or cannot be used as described, contact us promptly. Rights concerning a defective or non-conforming service may apply independently of this voluntary guarantee.
